How do you practice self-care?

Self -care words define different-different ways like

By loving yourself

By teaching yourself

Replace your negative emotions with positive vibes

Delete/erase wrong chapter’s of your life .

So many ways people’s and I also care ourself .

So today I say that -(By loving your feelings)

ख़ुदी से इश्क़ कर बैठे है
उदासी को भी मुस्कुरा देते हैं
हर लम्हे को जी लेते है
खुदी को ओर बेहतर समझ लेते हैं
अनसुनी किताबो से दूर खुद को सही किताबो की तलाश में डाल देते है
खुद से इश्क करके खुद को लिखना सिखा देते हैं
रोजना खुद के साथ कुछ नया सिखा लेते है
ख़ुद से इश्क़ करके ख़ुद के बारे में फ़िक्रमंद हो जाते हैं
मुस्कुराहट के संग फिर से खुद के लिए जी जाते हैं

I’ve fallen in love with myself.
I even smile at sadness.
I live every moment to the fullest.
I understand myself better.
Moving away from unheard stories, I put myself in search of the right ones.
By loving myself, I teach myself to write.
Every day, I learn something new with myself.
By loving myself, I become concerned about myself.
With a smile, I start living for myself again.
