तो खाने का स्पाइसी होना बनता है।
जब लोगों के गॉसिप बिन मसालों के अधूरी हो,
तो खाने में थोड़ा मसाला तो बनता है।
जब तानों की बारिश तीखी लगे,
तो कुछ चटपटा बनता है।
जब लोगों के अंदर गुस्सा ज्यादा हो,
तो थोड़ा ठंडा बनता है,
तो थोड़ा धुआँ निकलना बनता है।
जब आँखों की नमी कम हो,
तो थोड़ा नमकीन बनता है।

Lie and disrespect

What bothers you and why?

Lie – A single lie destroys either a person or their relationships. The truth will certainly sting, but you will be at peace

झूठ इंसान को खोखला कर देता है
डर मे केद एक मुजरिम बना देता है
खुद का भरोसा तोड राह को बदल देता है
हकीकत से ज्यादा कल्पना से वास्ता रख देता है

Lies hollow out a person,
Making them a criminal imprisoned by fear.
They break self-trust and change one’s path,
Connecting them more with imagination than reality.

Disrespect – Sometimes, words alone are enough to hurt others. Sometimes we do it deliberately, sometimes in anger, and sometimes to prove ourselves right. Is it necessary to disrespect others and speak to them incorrectly? No, right? So why do it? Speak with love, and perhaps the ‘negative thoughts’ within you will themselves disappear.

लोगो को अनादर करते देखा है
खुद को सही ओरो को ग़लत करते देखा है
घमंड मे चूर खुद पर बेकार का गुरूर
एसे एसे कलाकारो को देखा है

हँसी आती है ऐसे किरदारों पे,
उनके दिखावे से, उनके झूठे चेहरों से।
बोलने से पहले न सोच पाते उन शब्दों से,
औरों की मेहनतों का मज़ाक उड़ाते उन से।

I’ve seen people disrespecting others,
I’ve seen them proving themselves right and others wrong,
Drowned in arrogance, with useless pride in themselves,
I’ve seen such artists.

Laughter comes at such characters,
At their pretense, at their false faces.
From those words they don’t think before speaking,
From those who mock the hard work of others.

“Just try giving them a smile and respect. Try speaking to them with respect. Try accepting your mistakes on time. And try speaking the truth without resorting to lies; maybe your one truth can make someone’s life better. Just try giving respect.”😇

What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?

Erasing negative folders from your life and stay with smile ,positive thoughts, and without changing your principles and overself .

My simple rules for life. These aren’t strategies, but rather my way of living:
My simple comfort probably lies in being positive and if it is not there then I go out of my comfort zone and become unaware of myself.

The way I live

मेरी जिंदगी के सरल नियम,
इन्हें रणनीतियां नहीं,
बल्कि मेरी जिंदगी जीने का तरीका है
दिमाग को कमो में उलझा देते हैं
ओवरथिंकिंग से दूर रखते हैं
अगर आ भी जाए फितूर तो लिख लेते हैं
गानो के संग उसको भी सुना देते हैं
जो कमजोर कर दे, उससे दूर रहते हैं
उम्मीदें और लगाव सिर्फ खुद से करके
मुस्कुराओ और खुद के सुकून को पास रख
अपने आप को साथ रखते हैं

The way I live
* Keep the mind less entangled in worries.
* Stay away from overthinking.
* If a whim or idea comes, I write it down.
* Then, along with songs, I also let it be heard (expressed).
* I stay away from what makes me weak.
* Hoping for and attaching myself only to myself.
* Smile, keep my own peace close, and stay true to myself.

बाहर देखने का मजा जो लेना होता था
मंजिल तक पहुचने का सफर
जो याद में रखना था
हव्वा के जोखो को महसूस जो करना होता था

first Alto car: family journey

Our little first Alto car,
Which brought joy, and ample space too.
It made even the longest journeys
So very interesting.
It became our companion in our family’s travels.
Small to look at,
But its seats had a big heart.
Moments spent with it,
Recalling the moments spent with family.
Hmm, a treasure trove of our siblings’ fun,
The fight for the window seat,
The joy of looking outside.
The journey to reach the destination
Which had to be kept in memory.
Feeling the gusts of wind, that’s what we had to do.

What makes a teacher great?

The term teacher stems from the 14th century Middle English techen which derives from. Old English tǣcan meaning “to show, instruct” (“Teach”).

Teacher —— Source of inspiration, teaches the subject of your goals chapters .

सुन्ना कार्य है हर एक छात्र के प्रश्नों को
धैर्य से समझना ,समझाने के तरीको को

पड़ते है खुद भी आज,
कहीं कोई गलती ना हो जाए
नया सीखते है खुद भी
कहीं सिखाने में चूक ना हो जाए
सरल से सरल तरीका लाते है खोज कर
कहीं समझाने मे रह न जाए
हर एक की पकड़ को पकड़ कर
प्रश्नों के भंडार खोलते हैं
कहीं कुछ छूट ना जाये
डर भी जरूरी होता उनका
कार्य पूरा जो हो जाता है
ध्यान से सुनने पर, याद जो हो जाता है
टीचर तो मेहनत कर रहे हैं
अब छात्रों को करनी है
अपने लक्ष्यों को पहचान कर
उस पर ध्यान देने की है
उनकी मेहनत का फल बनना है
जिसको उनहोने तराशा है

The Teacher’s Endeavor
To listen is the task, to every student’s questions,
To patiently understand, the methods of explaining.
They (teachers) also study today,
Lest any mistake be made.
They learn new things themselves,
Lest there be any oversight in teaching.
They search for the simplest method,
Lest anything remain unclarified in explaining.
Understanding each one’s grasp,
They open a treasure trove of questions,
Lest anything be missed.
Their fear is also necessary,
For the work is completed then.
By listening attentively, it gets remembered.
Teachers are working hard,
Now it’s the students’ turn,
To recognize their goals,
And to focus on them.
They must become the fruit of their (teachers’) labor,
Whom they have molded.

Surgery no it didn’t happen to me .

बदलाव चाहे शरीर पे हो या सीरत पर
दोनो ही दर्द से होकर गुजरता है
जख्म चाहे छोटी हो या बड़ी
निशान तो रह जाता है
कहने को कुछ पालो का खेल है
हार जीत के भवर में घिरा खुद को पता हू
जितने को हजारो आस है मन में
तसल्ली के साथ खुद को हौसला दीये जाता हू

Whether the change is on the body or in the character,
Both go through pain.
Whether the wound is small or big,
A scar remains.
It’s said to be a game of a few moments,
I find myself caught in the whirlpool of win and loss.
There are thousands of hopes in my heart to win,
I keep giving myself courage with solace.

Habits – change with time .
People’s want changes time to time behavior, nature, own lifestyle, but can’t change ownself roots . So I live a life with smile beacuse happiness gives you an inner strength and Saying that a new day gives you hope that you will achieve your goal.

नया दिन फिर नई उम्मीद से ,
टिक-टॉक शुरू हो जाती है
सुबह की रौशनी से,
दिन की सुरुआत के साथ
चाय की चुस्की से, बिंदास मुस्कुराहट के साथ
आँखो को डांटकर उठ खड़े हो जाते हैं
फिर कुछ नया खास करने की लिस्ट के साथ
फॉलो करते हुए बीच में आलस के साथ
ब्रेक लेते हुए पूरी तो नहीं पर ख़तम हो जाती है
फ़िर शाम होते ही पोधो के संग गुफ़्तगू के डांटना
फ़िर गप्पो ओर बातो के अपनो के संग
फिर कुछ अतरंगी सी पहेली बन कर
सवालो के जवाबो के बाद
स्केचबुक ओर पेंसिल के साथ दोस्ती ओर गहरी हो जाती है
फिर टिक टोक के साथ रात का सफर नये दिन की तलाश के संग
फ़िर सुरु हो जाता है .

A New Day, A New Hope

A new day, then, with new hope,
Tick-tock begins
With the morning light,
As the day begins
With a sip of tea, with a carefree smile
Scolding our eyes, we stand up
Then, with a list of something new and special to do
Following it, with laziness in between
Taking breaks, it doesn’t quite finish, but it ends
Then, as evening falls, scolding myself for chatting with the plants
Then, with gossip and conversations with loved ones
Then, becoming some quirky riddle
After answering questions
Friendship deepens with the sketchbook and pencil
Then, with tick-tock, the night’s journey begins, in search of a new day
Then, it starts again.

Truth (we lost)

आज को देखा तो खोया पाया
फिर खुद को देखा, तो समझ में आया
आगे भागने की रेस में खुद की कला खो बैठे हैं
मन का शुकून बंद कर,
डिप्रेशन को लिये फिरते है
असली मेहनत से तंग होकर मान हार बैठे है
नकली दुनिया की भीड़ में ,
असल जीवन भूला बैठे है ….

When I saw it today I found it lost
Then I looked at myself and understood:
In this race to get ahead, we’ve lost our own art,
Shutting off the peace of mind,
We carry depression with us.
Tired of true effort, we’ve given up the fight,
In the crowd of a fake world,
We’ve forgotten real life.

बस इतना कहना ,
खुद पर यकीन करना सीख गये
तो जीवन जीना सीख गये
हार कर भी जीतना सीख गये
तो जीवन जीना सीख गये .

Just to say this much,
If you learned to believe in yourself,
Then you learned to live life.
If you learned to win even after losing,
Then you learned to live life.😇
